Therapy for Residents of

North Palm Beach , FL

You're Doing Well. So Why Does It Feel So Heavy?

North Palm Beach has that established, waterfront-community feel — the country club, the marina village, tree-lined streets full of families who look like they've got it all together. It's a comfortable place to build a life.

But comfort on the outside doesn't always translate to calm on the inside. If you live in North Palm Beach and still find yourself anxious, low, scattered, or exhausted despite doing everything "right," you're not alone in that, and it's not a contradiction. It's just what the inside of a high-functioning life can actually feel like.

Maybe it's the anxiety that shows up the second the house goes quiet. Maybe it's the low hum of depression you've gotten good at hiding at work. Maybe it's ADHD you were never diagnosed with, but you've spent your whole adult life quietly compensating for. Maybe it's a relationship where you keep doing the emotional heavy lifting and you're exhausted by it.

I work with high-achieving adults in North Palm Beach and the surrounding Jupiter area who carry exactly this — the gap between how put-together life looks and how it actually feels.

What I Help North Palm Beach Therapy Clients With

  • Anxiety - including the high-functioning kind that doesn't look like anxiety from the outside

  • Trauma- including trauma that doesn't come from one big event, but from years of having to hold it together for everyone else

  • Depression - especially when you're still showing up, still performing, and still not okay

  • ADHD in adults - the version that was never caught because you were "too smart to have ADHD"

  • Codependency - losing yourself in taking care of everyone else's needs before your own

  • Relationship patterns - communication breakdowns, over-functioning, and the exhaustion of holding it all together for someone else

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and a trauma-informed approach — practical tools paired with an honest look at where these patterns actually come from.
