Nicole Bagge, LMHC

With over two decades of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Jupiter, Florida, I provide compassionate and effective therapy to help adults navigate life's challenges. While I work with clients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents, I specialize in adult therapy and currently have daytime availability for adult clients. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am Board Certified as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC #MH-9507).

Being strong doesn't mean doing it all alone. It's time to take care of you. I'm here to help.

My journey in counseling began with a passion for understanding the intricate dynamics within families and how they impact individual development and well-being. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations across various settings, including community mental health centers, hospitals, schools, businesses, and now in private practice in Jupiter.

My extensive background, including work with children and adolescents, has deepened my understanding of how past experiences influence our present challenges – and more importantly, how we can create meaningful change. This comprehensive perspective allows me to provide more effective care to my clients, recognizing how early experiences shape current patterns and relationships.

Collaboration is at the heart of my therapeutic approach. I work closely with other professionals when needed to ensure holistic support and continuity of care for my clients. My goal is to empower you with the skills, insights, and resilience needed to overcome obstacles and thrive in your personal and interpersonal lives.

Outside of my clinical practice in Jupiter, I remain committed to ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling. I am dedicated to advocating for greater access to mental health services and reducing the stigma associated with seeking help.

My Therapeutic Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

This effective approach helps identify and transform limiting thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and other challenges. Together, we'll examine the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, developing new perspectives that support your wellbeing.

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy

This pragmatic approach focuses on developing concrete solutions and strategies for immediate challenges. Rather than dwelling exclusively on problems, we identify your strengths and resources to create positive change.

  • Trauma-Informed Care

Many adults carry unresolved trauma that may not be immediately recognized but significantly impacts their daily functioning and relationships. I specialize in identifying and addressing these "hidden wounds" using approaches that promote safety, trust, and healing.

  • Family Systems Theory

By exploring relationship roles and communication patterns, this approach supports healthier interactions within family and close relationships.
